Four identities matter: the community, the AppView, the feed generator, and each member.

The community identity

A did:plc (did:plc:tevv7zpavtjtsvqrrwwipobt, @off-the-clock.us) on a PDS that supports permissioned spaces. It owns every space; its handle publishes the lexicons (_lexicon TXT records).

The services

did:web:api.off-the-clock.us and did:web:feeds.off-the-clock.us: no PDS account, DID documents served from their own /.well-known/did.json, keyed by OTC_SERVICE_KEY. They mint their own delegation tokens. Service entries: #otc_membership (managing app), #bsky_appview-style proxy ids, #bsky_fg.
