Community admins can see every record and attachment in a space, to moderate it.
Records
Draft outline
Space › Records: newest first, filtered by collection; author, time, labels, JSON; "not a member here: hidden".

Space › Blobs: each attachment, type, how many records use it, labels. A blob's page lists the records that reference it.
