One Dockerfile builds all three binaries; each service picks its app with its start command.

Services and volumes

otc-appview, otc-feedgen, otc-web, each with a volume at /app/data and one replica (SQLite on the volume). Start commands /usr/local/bin/otc-start <service>.

Domains and certificates

The site, api. and feeds.. A service is never ready until its domain has a certificate, because the community's PDS fetches its /.well-known/did.json before granting a credential. Don't loop certificate retries (Let's Encrypt limits).
